Cleaning Service Pricing
There are many factors in determining price per service (Click Here for our pricing PDF or see below). We consider your business or home's size, condition, location, your needs and preferences, the number of residents/employees, pets, and frequency of cleaning. We will custom a price for each home or business and provide you with a price quote during our free, no-obligation, on site consultation.
We at Top To Bottom Cleaning Services are not satisfied with our cleaning services unless you are. To quarantee the highest level of service we are diligent about using quality control programs. We utilize custom check lists for all our clients for each cleaning we include on site inspection and customer surveys. We constantly monitor our work and should any area fail to meet our strict standards it wil be corrected immediately.
Residential Pricing
1) Top To Bottom Initial Deluxe Cleaning Package: (Please see our checklist on the residential page for
what this service entails)
This cleaning would be considered the Deluxe cleaning focusing on heavy build up as it is a one time cleaning service; whether it is the initial cleaning or special clean such as a "Spring Clean"
T2B charges a minium of $255.00 for residential initial deep cleanings - up to 6 man hrs of services. After 6 hrs we charge an hourly rate per man hour.
Price range: $245-$450 for most homes (1600-3500sq. ft.)
or $455 for larger homes (3500 sq. ft. and up)
2) Top To Bottom Standard Cleaning Plus Package:
This service is a routine cleaning package offered weekly, biweekly and monthly. These regular cleanings range in price from $99-$160 for small to medium homes to $160-$250 for larger homes
3) Top To Bottom Special Projects Cleaning Pacakage:
This package includes but is not limited to the following types of cleanings:
- Move/in move out
- Party preperation/clean up
- Rental turn overs
- Garage and basement organization/clean ups
- Window cleaning
All cleanings can be tailored to meet your indivdual preferences. Whether you want us to focus on just the bathrooms and kitchen or the entire house, we will sit down with you to customize a checklist that suits your cleaning needs.
